    7.Initiation, implementation and control of factory manufacture process corrective action and proventive actions.

    Qualification Requirements资质要求:
    1.Very good commands of English (Both orally & written);

    Summary:
    The Finance Manager position will provide the financial and administrative support for the Shenzen Kai Ni En Trading Co. Limited (KNE) office of Eastek International Corporation, located in Shenzen, Guangdong, China.  The Finance Manager will also support the other finance personnel of China-based Eastek, as required.  The individual will provide transactional leadership and oversight for sourcing activities and related warehousing of raw materials supporting manufacturing activities globally.     Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    •	Accounting
    o	Ensure timely and accurate accounting transactions and reporting for KNE entity
    o	Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
    o	Work collaboratively with other global finance team members to achieve accurate and timely reporting, including strict monitoring of intercompany balances and reconciliations
    o	Audit and tax coordination with Eastek Corporate, regulatory agencies and professional service providers
    o	Ensure tax filings and related governmental compliances are completed on time and accurately
    o	Complete necessary treasury transactions and related banking activities; prepare weekly cash forecast reporting
    o	Conduct monthly reconciliation with vendors
    o	Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
    o	Other accounting duties as assigned
    •	Administrative Office Oversight
    o	Provide KNE personnel support services, including, but not limited to, human resources activities, payroll and employee benefits
    o	Coordinate closure activities associated with all other Chinese Eastek entities, as required
    
    Education & Experience:
    •	8-10 years of related distribution Accounting experience
    •	Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and PRC Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (and their differences)

    Manage the internal microbiology laboratory and Chemical laboratory of the company, organize the completion of medical device inspection work, and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of inspection results. The main responsibilities include conducting aseptic testing, microbial limit testing, and bacterial endotoxin testing on products, environment, raw materials, internal packaging materials, process water, etc.
    
    工作职责(Responsibilities):

    任职资格(Qualification) :

    Job Description
    1.Assist the superior in establishing various training systems, organizing the flowcharts and forms for various training work, covering the stages of training needs analysis, developing training plans, preparing training resources, implementing training, evaluating, feedback and follow-up of training effects. Update and revise the systems, procedures and forms at least once a year based on the company's strategic goals or work needs. 
    2.Conduct annual training needs surveys to all departments in December of each year, taking into account the company's development strategy, job requirements and promotion channels, and formulate the next year's training plan (including on boarding training, in-service training, on-the-job training, outsourced training and other training) and budget submission for approval by the superiors in a hierarchical manner. Conduct data statistics on the completion status of the annual training plan in the latter half of December of each year to ensure that the training objectives of the previous year have been achieved. 
    3.The annual education and training plan will be broken down into monthly plans, which will be implemented by the leading department. Each month, the implementation of each department needs to be followed up, resources organized and coordinated, and the plan implemented. If the training plan needs to be changed, it must be notified to relevant departments and personnel via email, and the change plan must be approved by the superior in advance. A report on the training implementation for the previous month should be submitted to the superior before the 5th of each month. After every training, there should be training records, training assessments, effect evaluations, and improvement plans. All training process records should be collected and stored in the Human Resources and Administration Department or shared drive according to department and month. 
    4.Validate the effectiveness of training on a regular basis, such as conducting random knowledge and practical tests for employees, and submit corresponding verification records to the superior within 5 days of the next month. Ensure the effectiveness of training by monitoring major changes in the system documents, new laws and regulations, major quality abnormalities, preventive and corrective measures, new product launches, and important product line changes. If any of the above situations occur, require the relevant units to provide temporary additional training for relevant personnel. 
    5.Every six months, potential trainers from each department are selected based on the training system standards and undergo TTT training. Based on the training practical exercises, trainers are divided into training experts and trainers, and the entire trainer team is led to conduct internal training. Through the expansion and improvement of the internal trainer team, the training pipeline is built. 
    6.For the external training course application form filled out by the training demand unit, initial review and comments will be made and submitted for approval in a hierarchical manner. After completing the external training, the trainee is required to submit a training experience report or the original qualification certificate, which will be archived by the Human Resources and Administration Department. The lecture notes or books will be preserved by the Document Control Center for use as internal training materials. 
    7.Every month, we collect various materials and produce training materials that are led by the Human Resources and Administration Department. We collect, sort, and review the training materials and external resources of each department every month and store them by month and department to create a materials library. We coordinate the internal instructor team every quarter to plan multiple trainers for each training material.
     8.Help employees establish their career development plans, organize, follow up, and maintain key position talent development and backup systems. Promote the right training philosophy to ignite employees' learning passion and create a positive learning culture.
     9.Assist the superior on a monthly basis in handling human resource management affairs such as recruitment and deployment, performance management, and employee relations, and provide reasonable suggestions.

    Key Job Responsibilities
    Project Management:
    Lead and manage factory operations projects, including production line upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and new product introductions.
    Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
    Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with production, engineering, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for procurement of equipment, raw materials, and other project-related resources.
    Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
    Process Optimization:
    Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements within the factory, including equipment utilization, workflow optimization, and waste reduction.
    Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
    Implement best practices for factory management, ensuring a balance between high-quality output and efficient use of resources.
    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation plans.
    Ensure compliance with Vietnamese safety and environmental regulations, as well as international standards (e.g., ISO).
    Monitor and evaluate the impact of external factors (e.g., supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes) on project outcomes.
    Team Leadership:
    Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
    Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of objectives and timelines.
    Conduct performance reviews and provide training to team members to enhance their skills and project management knowledge.
    Reporting & Documentation:
    Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and performance metrics, for senior management.
    Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and post-project evaluations.
    Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
    
    Qualifications:
    Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
    Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
    Experience:
    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, or industrial project management.
    Proven experience managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
    Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and Lean manufacturing principles.
    Skills:
    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts, ERP systems).
    Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.
    Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken. Vietnamese is better.

    To ensure the timely transfer of new products to mass production, the NPI Team Leader will be responsible for leading the execution of the deliverables identified within Quasar’s New Product Introduction procedures & framework.

    8. Coordinate NPI documentation compliance in accordance with the business and applicable standards requirements.

    职位概要(Job summary): 
    The Regulatory Compliance Sr. Engineer is to monitor and ensure the compliance to external standards/requirements and Quasar Quality System Requirements in Quasar manufacturing site.
     工作职责(Responsibilities): 
    1. Conduct routine monitoring, checking program to identify site compliance gaps and follow up gap remediation. 
    2. Participate in Corporate Procedure Development & Maintenance. Join Corporate audit on other sites when required.
    3. Provide Regulation Compliance supporting on critical business projects, when necessary, e.g., MAH
    4. Facilitate critical external audits/inspection at site. e.g., FDA inspection, NMPA audits. 
    5. Join cross sites QMS IT system coordination and maintenance.
    6. Responsible for liaising with the company’s internal/external stakeholders to identify/understand the required Regulatory Compliance knowledge needed to provide the required expertise and advice.
    7. Other tasks assigned by leader.
    
    任职资格(Qualification) :
    1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in science related field. 
    2. Minimum of 5 years’ experiences on Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry Quality Regulatory Compliance related work. Knowledgeable on international standards or Health Authorities regulations requirement.
    3. Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
    4. Good interpersonal and influential skills.
    5. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

    职位描述:

    职位概要(Job summary): 
    Working within a cross functional team in a collaborative and engaging manner, support the NPI programs by developing new processes and lead the transfer of the new products to mass production.
    
    工作职责(Responsibilities): 
    1. To enable new products to be successfully transferred to mass production, use lean techniques and tools in the development of manufacturing processes and tooling for medical devices.
    2. Participate and contribute in the DFM and PFMEA processes to ensure that new products are robust for manufacture & assembly.
    3. Perform process verification and validation trials to determine and evaluate process repeatability & stability for new products. 
    4. Develop Work instructions, process flow layouts and carry out operator training as and when required. 
    5. Provide visibility to Snr NPI Engineer of and H&S and technical issues that could inhibit mass production and escalate any other issues as appropriate.
    6. To ensure product quality, yield and cycle times are within expectation, Oversee and lead the requirements for any sample builds. 
    7. Coordinate and facilitate production readiness reviews in line with Quasars NPI process.
    8. Any other tasks assigned by the NPI Team Leader.
    
    任职资格(Qualification): 
    1. A bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, manufacturing or a related subject.
    2. 3 years’ experience of launching new products into manufacture.
    3. Good understanding in the use of lean and quality tools in a manufacturing environment. 
    4. Experienced at using Auto-cad, MS Office, MS Outlook and MS TEAMS platforms/packages. 
    5. Excellent interpersonal, communication Problem solving, Analytical and lateral thinking skills.
    6. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, as used in medical products would be advantageous.
    7. Good level of English, both reading and written.
    8. Professional, organized, flexible, passionate and self – motivated.

    1、稽核各生产线人员工作,现场纪律和6S监督。
    Monitor operator’s daily work in workshop; managing the discipline and 6S in production section.
    2、根据生产计划安排生产,并严格控制生产进度。
    Arrange the production according to production plan, and monitor the progress.
    3、产品的数量与质量的跟进和管理,完成生产计划。
    Follow the daily output and quality to meet the production plan.
    4、对异常问题的处理,并及时反馈给上级。

    5、监督人员严格按照作业指导书操作并持证上岗。
    Monitor operators’ work according to WI requirement strictly, and ensure operator be qualified.
    6、协助PIE及其他部门人员分析生产过程中发现的异常问题,并及时采取纠正预防措施避免同样的问题重复出现。
    Coordinate with PIE and other departments to analyze the root cause of defective products, and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid the same problem happened repeatedly.
    7、负责各拉之间的人员、设备、物料的合理调配。
    Responsible for the allocation of resource for production lines, including manpower, equipment, materials.
    8、提出改善建议,优化产线,提高效率,降低报废,减少成本。
    Provide positive suggestion, optimizing production line, improving efficiency, reduce scrap and costs.
    9、处理上级交办的其他事宜。
    Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
    任职要求: 
    1、大专及以上学历。 
    College degree or above. 
    2、3年及以上生产制造行业生产管理的工作经验。 
    Above 3 years work experience about production management in manufacture company. 
    3、良好的英语听说读写能力。 
    Good English skills in speaking and writing.
