Responsibilities: 1. Supplier Quality Management, ensure the suppliers’ capability of sustainably delivering the right quality at the right time with the goal of “Zero defect”. develop the supplier audit plan jointly. Share the responsibilities for supplier audits and development. 2. Incoming quality Control, ensure Incoming inspection and control activities are effective as the safeguard of internal / external customers. Follow up PDCA cycles to drive the continuous improvement under KPI and quality target driven. 3. Project Quality Management, be responsible for CPIV (QCAO, PPAP, SER, IIP, Gauges, SCV) to ensure buy parts meet Miele Quality management system requirements. 4. General Responsibilities for supplier quality management team (IQC/SQE). 5. Other tasks assigned by HOD/Director or higher hierarchy management. Qualifications: 1. Small Household appliance business or similar trade with high quality standard, foreign investment company preferred. 2. At least 3~5 years team management experience on SQE team and IQC team, skills to develop young talents including engineer and inspector. 3. Meet the requirement from management systems (QMS, OHSAS, EMS, SA8000) for supplier related tasks. Have the VDA6.3 training certificate and internal auditor training certificates for management systems. 4. Sufficient capability to utilize the power of quality tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/FMEA/SPC/8D/Six Sigma/QC Tools etc.) in daily business to support the fulfillment of Responsibilities required. Successful Six Sigma project experience is expected. 5. Have rich know-how on components and production process for metal parts, plastic parts, electronic parts and electrical parts. 6. 岗位职责： 1、供应商资料维护：对现有供应商资料建档维护，相关资质资料过期预警、收集，确保资料齐全； 2、准入管理：对供应商进行审核，必要时配合采购部进行现场审核，识别风险并进行预警，输出供应商质量评级； 3、供应商绩效评价：编写供应商绩效评价标准，并对对供应商异常进行汇总，季度进行评价，经审核后，更新合格供应商名录并发布； 4、原物料脆弱性评估并实时更新，确保适用； 5、根据上年度供应商整体表现，输出本年度审核计划，按计划执行审核，输出审核报告，并跟踪问题点关闭情况； 6、原物料异常反馈并跟踪整改效果； 7、完成上级下达的工作任务。 任职要求： 1、28-35岁，食品、化学或生物大专以上学历； 2、有食品行业质量管理相关工作经历5年以上； 3、计算机应用能力，电脑操作熟练； 4、有ISO9000、ISO22000、HACCP内审员证书优先； 5、能适应不定期出差； 6、具有较强的沟通协调能力，能承担较大压力和挑战。

主要工作职责： 1.熟悉五金流程，精通五金工艺； 2.熟悉散热模组工艺及原材料工艺.冲压.热管.阳极.电镀等表面处理； 3.熟悉压铸、CNC、冲压等机械制造工艺； 4.对接供应商等外部资源，对合作开发项目的技术指标和技术路线进行评估，并跟进开发过程中的样品制作和测试； 5.负责编写散热模组相关技术/检测文件； 6.具备散热产品品质规格制定及问题分析能力，能独立完成品质控制计划及品质规范制定； 7.量产后产线异常与客诉处理，ECR跟踪。 岗位要求： 1.有散热模组、散热风扇相关工作经验优先考虑； 2.熟悉QC七大手法和五大工具MSA，SPC，FMEA，PPAP，APQP，熟练运用品质工具进行品质问题分析改善，并制定改进措施及验证工作； 3.熟悉供应链上下游工艺，能主导解决主要的工艺缺陷；    4.熟练使用3D测量仪、影像仪、硬度仪、膜厚仪等测量仪器； 5.熟练使用office办公软件。

Responsibilities: 1. Under the condition of training, participate or conduct the designated supplier audit / visit, submit the audit / visit report to supervisor, follow up the open topics from the previous audit/visit or assigned by supervisor. 2. Participate the supplier selection by providing the evidence and recommendation to support the decision making. 3. Work as Project Supplier Quality Supervisor and cooperate with team members for quality related activities. 4. Implement investigation and action plan on deviations according to requirement of CP II Q1 and Q2 in serious production. 5. Manage the deviation of buy part according to CPV/ IMS requirements (QPI, RCF, FRF, 8D, Status Reports etc.) from dependance to independence under supervision. 6. Regularly review the inspection data from supplier and IQC, trigger the continuous improvement action plan. 7. Participate Production Part Approval Process for relocation or mold subcontracting or project assigned under supervision, such as participate the meetings, visit suppliers to ensure the compliance of requirements form the inspections to production, monitor and drive the improvement plan to fulfill Miele Quality Requirements. 8. Implement the training plan, report the learning status in written to Supervisor regularly. 9. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor and HOD. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree above, majored in electronics is preferred. No limit on the major for the candidate with the big potential. 2. 3+ years quality management experience in home appliance (vacuum cleaner and BQQ are preferred) fields, working experience in foreign company is preferred. 3. Familiar with the communication and negotiation skills with external supplier quality management. 4. Familiar processing of cables, PCBA, MCU, battery pack, etc. 5. CET-4 level or above, proficient in reading, writing and speaking, be able to use English as working language in daily business, attend meetings, telephone calls etc. 6. Qualified ISO9001 auditor, qualified VDA6.3 auditor is preferred. 7. Good interpersonal communication skills, positive listening, data driving and result orientation under timeline. 8. Willing to take challenge, would work under multi-tasks in parallel and could work under certain pressure. 9. Work independently.
