工作内容(Responsibilities:)
1. 宿舍钥匙门禁卡的管理
Management of dormitory key and access card
2. 入住及退宿的及时跟进
Timely follow-up of check-in and check-out
3. 宿舍安全以及5S管理
Dormitory safety and 5S management
4. 宿舍维修处理与跟进
Dormitory maintenance treatment and follow-up
5. 宿舍水电用量核对及异常处理
Check the usage of water and electricity in the dormitory and deal with the abnormal issues
6. 日常查房
Daily ward rounds
7. 清洁用品仓库协助管理,宿舍区域财产(家具、设备等)等盘点及管理
Warehouse management of cleaning supplies, inventory and management of household appliances and other materials in dormitory
8. 宿舍人员调宿申请、住宿人员纠纷等协助处理与跟进
Handling and following up accommodation transfer application and disputes among dormitory staff
9. 新租宿舍事务跟
Follow up the new dormitory rental affairs
10. 宿舍合同、账单等事务协助跟
Assist in following up dormitory contracts, bills and other matters
11. 协助行政处理一些其它事
Assist administration in dealing with other matters
任职资格 (Qualifications):
1. 中专及以上学历
Technical school or above
2. 3年以上宿舍管理相关工作经验
At least 3 years relevant working experience in Dorm management
3. 可居住在宿舍并愿意接受灵活的工作时间
Can live in dormitory and be willing to work flexible hours
4. 工作积极主动,有耐心和较强服务意识
Proactive, patient and service oriented
