KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作职责
* Participant in the management team 管理团队成员
* Lead the plant day-to-day operation, include order fulfilment, production, quality, delivery plan, materials and stock control etc.
领导工厂的日常运营,包括订单排期、生产、质量、交付计划、材料和库存控制等。
* Formulate operational and customer service strategies to maintain operational productivity and efficiency.
制定运营及客户服务策略,保持生产运营活力及效率。
* Report and be responsible for factory P&L, report to group and highlight issues / risks / opportunities / action plan / timeline and achievements periodically.
汇报并对工厂赢利状况负责,定期向总部报告问题、风险、商机、行动方案、时间表、以及经营成绩。
* Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations 协调内部、外部各方,确保日常运营顺畅。
* Prepare and manage plant annual operating budget。制定并管理工厂年度运营预算。
* Perform any ad hoc assignments as required 根据需要执行临时性的任务。
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 素质能力要求
* With more than 10 years of work experience, at least 8 years experience in the furniture plant management.
10年以上工作经验,至少8年家具工厂管理经验。
* Excellent command of written and spoken English 英文流利
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks and problem-solving independently.
