职责描述：
1、负责进料检验标准制定：包括标准零件、标准件、外购件进料检验。
2、负责新供货商认定，现场质量系统符合性审查。
3、负责供货商质量辅导及评价：包括进料异常连络供货商处理&改善效果稽核、供货商质量检讨/来访接待、供货商辅导及效果持续检讨、 供货商评价( 月评价/年评价/新供货商评价)。
4、负责供应商质量管理策略制定。
5、协助进行重大供应商质量问题的跟踪、改进及解决。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，有机床行业经验优先。
2.5年以上供应商质量改善及推进工作经验，有管理岗经验优先。
3.熟悉供应商管理知识，能写质量评价报告，熟练运用五大质量工具和QC七大手法。
4.熟练操作相关办公软件，性格强势，开朗、外向，有较强的沟通表达协调能力。

职责描述：
1、负责供应商品质改善，制定供应商辅导计划 Responsible for raw material quality improvement, make supplier improvement plan;
2、负责制定IQC的检验规范与计划 Responsible for editing IQC inspection working instruction and plan;
3、来料异常品质报告及追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果 Responsible for editing raw material abnormal quality report and follow the supplier corrective result;
4、负责供应商稽核 Responsible for auditing supplier;
5、参与新供应商评鉴 Attend new supplier evaluation;
6、负责客户品质不良处理原材料相关8D处理客诉并回复8D报告Handle customer complaint and complete. 
7、根据质量计划定期对供应商进行过程审核和产品审核Regularly process audit and product audit based on quality plan.
8、成上级交给的其他工作 Finish other works which order by higher authority.

任职要求：
1.College degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required大专以上学历，机械或者电气相关专业
2.5+ years' experience in quality or supplier quality management in magnetic components industry5年以上磁性元件行业供应商品质管理经验
3.Good quality management skills，familiar with incoming material quality control良好的品质管理经验技能、熟知进料管理流程
4.Well understanding of the drawings, customer requirement熟悉图纸，客户要求
5.Good communication and negotiation skills, Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain with knowledge of procurement and cost drivers. 良好的沟通和谈判能力，对端到端供应链有扎实的理解，了解采购和成本驱动因素。
6.Good quality system knowledge，certificate of IATF16949 or VDA6.3 is preferred. 良好的质量体系知识，有IATF16949或VDA6.3或六西格玛证书者优先。
7.Good Written and oral English, can be used as the working language英语说与写良好，可作为工作语言
