工作职责(Key Responsibilities):
1. I support PM for new project’s industrialization process to ensure implantation on time.
我协助项目经理新产品的工业化导入,确保首单能准时出货。
2. I ensure the availability and reliability of product related data and information.
我确保产品相关数据和信息的准确性和及时性
3. I manage production planning according to customer needs to ensure agile supply chain and performing in delivery on time, lead time, stock & customer satisfaction for mass production
我根据客户需求管理生产计划,确保供应链的敏捷且在量产的出货准时率,交付周期,库存管理以及客户满意度上绩效优良。
4. I manage order effectively to ensure reliable supply to customers。
通过订单的有效管理,我确保生产供应的稳定和可靠性
5. I analyze forecast and work together with customer for season preparation to boost business by using right supply method for different products with right stock level.
我分析客户的销售预测,通过跟客户一起针对不同产品定义不同的供给方式提前做季节准备以确定恰当的库存水位来促进销售。
6. I’m responsible to find solution with Production planner/PMC/Purchaser in case of capacity or delivery problem and communicate with customer.
如遇产能或交付问题,我负责协同生管/物控/采购来确定解决方案并同客户进行沟通。
岗位要求(Job Requirement):
1. Bachelor Degree with Procurement / Supply Chain Background
本科,采购供应链管理等相关专业
2. Good Oral and written English Skill
英语听说读写流利
3. Good at Office Software: Excel, Word, PPT ect.
熟练掌握基本办公软件:Excel, Word, PPT
4. Ability of detail, organization, analyze, Logic with Figure sensitivity, active communicator and problem solver.
有良好的整理, 分析, 逻辑, 解决问题的能力。主动沟通,细致且对数字敏感.
