4、具备电子功能测试、失效分析，设计改进与问题解决能力。
Have ability on electronic function failure analysis, design and problem solving.
5、能熟练使用常用实验室电子测试设备与电子设计软件，能够独立设计电路原理图、解决复杂电路问题。具备独立的客户对接、沟通、服务能力，实现客户满意。
Grasp lab electronic testing tool and device, as well as electronic design software.
6. 英文听说读写流利。
