工作职责
1. Training Organization: organize training program activities, including venue arrangement, material preparation, invitation, and notification of trainees, to ensure that training activities proceed smoothly as planned.
项目组织:组织培训项目活动,包括场地安排、资料准备、讲师邀请、参训人员通知等,确保培训活动按计划顺利进行;
2. Training Program: responsible for training programs targeting to frontline leaders, such as line leader/shift leader programs, fresh talent training programs, and internal public courses programs, ensuring those programs are completed on time and with quality.
培训项目:负责针对基层管理人员的培养项目,例如入职培训、基层管理项目等,保证项目按时按质完成;
3. Online Learning Platform Management: oversee the daily operations of the online learning platform, ensuring learning engagement;
学习平台:负责线上学习平台的日常管理和维护工作,确保平台学习活跃度;
4. Training Data: collect and analyze training-related data such as the number of trainees, training costs, and training effectiveness, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of training records.
培训数据:对培训相关数据的统计和分析,例如培训人数、培训费用、培训效果等,确保培训记录的准确性和完整性;
5. Training promotion: design promotional materials for training activities, such as posters and videos, and summarize project reports to effectively communicate the value of training programs and activities.
文案宣传:设计制作培训活动的宣传资料例如海报、视频,总结相关项目总结报告,有效传达培训项目活动的价值。
任职资格
1. A bachelor's degree with a Human resources major will be a plus;
本科学历,人力资源相关专业尤佳;
2. Good comment on English skills;
良好的英语听说读写能力;
3. Familiar with PPT, Excel, and Word;
熟练使用PPT,Excel,和Word;
4. 2 to 3 years of Training experience will be a plus.
2-3年的培训经验尤佳。
