5、Maintain good working relationship with customs, CIQ, government, forwarders, customers, and suppliers.
6、Check up the service charge with customs brokers monthly and deal with the payment issue according to contract.



Qualification:
1、Bachelor or above degree. 
2、5 years or above working experience in the field of Customs / Warehouse / Shipping Management; 10+ years’ experience in transportation/distribution/Import & Export field/ 3PL company management are preferred;

1.Assist the superior in establishing various training systems, organizing the flowcharts and forms for various training work, covering the stages of training needs analysis, developing training plans, preparing training resources, implementing training, evaluating, feedback and follow-up of training effects. Job Description
1. Develop test method for products/components in compliance with IEC，ASTM, ISO, or other relevant standards 
根据IEC、ASTM、ISO或其他相关标准，制定产品/组件的测试方法
2. Develop, document and validate work instructions for all tests performed in the laboratory
为实验室进行的所有测试制定、记录和验证作业指导书
3. Working with the relevant VS Engineer conduct full validation testing according to DL Group and Customer requirements to ensure the specifications are achieved for the finished products & components

4. Working with the relevant Team Members (VS, R&D, QM, PE, Quality Owner, etc) investigate, analyze and establish root cause of defects found during testing and make recommendations for containment actions

5. Prepare a detailed test report and prepare a presentation as needed

6. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to test technicians during product validation processes. Conduct regular competency training sessions on applicable standards  to enhance team technical proficiency

7. Maintain CNAS/ISO17025 accreditation documentation and audit readiness

8. Prepare technical files for CCC, CE Marking, CB Scheme, and NRTL certifications (including LVD Directive compliance) 协助完成CCC、CE、CB等认证的测试报告及技术文档（含LVD指令合规性证明）
9. Coordinate witness testing and factory audits with notified bodies (DEKRA, Intertek)
对接第三方认证机构（如Dekra, Intertek）完成目击测试及工厂审查
10. Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to optimize CTQ metrics for safety-critical tests
维护测试数据统计过程控制（SPC），实现CTQ指标持续优化
11. Manage laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance schedules to comply with ISO17025 traceability standards

12. Specify and develop test fixtures with suppliers

6.Coordinates, through laboratory technicians, the completion of test requests

8.Trains others in the use of appropriate test equipment
9.Serves as a member of the laboratory team to improve the efficiency, quality, and reliability of the laboratory and its work
10.Assists in the development of laboratory methods, procedures, and systems to improve laboratory productivity and when applicable to comply with ISO and other applicable requirements
11.Maintains an awareness of new technology and competitor’s technology via appropriate media (e.g. literature, patents, and trade shows)
12.Performs other tasks at the request of Lab Management
EDUCATION  (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
