主要工作内容 
1.Responsible for overseeing daily production, planning, safety and warehouse management. Ensure production scheudles are met and product are made to the quality standards.
2.Lead manufacturing manager, PMC managers and supervisors to achieve KPI and goals. 
3.Shopfloor management and drive continuous improvement for excellency in EHS, efficiency, quality, cost, 7S and lean manufacuring.
4.Warehouse management, including inventory accuracy, E&O, 7S, layout, etc.
5.EBIDA improvement.: DL/IDL reduction, scrap saving through efficiency and process improvement.
6.Organize an effective system for operator training and qualification. Guide and monior managers/supervisors for implementation.
7.Staff management: hire, train and manage staff. Performance appraising, disciplining, and addressing disputes and problem solving. 
Talent qualifications

1.Bachelor degree in management, engineering or related fields 
2.8 years experiece in production management or smilaror.  3 years above in senior roles.
3.Proficiency in production, EHS, planning and warehouse management with hands on shopfloor maangement experience. 
4.Solid experience in management in high mix low volume and high quality requirement production projects. Experience in soft goods and EMS industry would be preferred. 
5.Experience in work in a multinational environment with NPI experience. 
6.Good experience and knowledge in using ERP and MES  in production, planning and inventory management.
7.Proficiency in lean production and familiar with Six Sigma and smart factory and industry 4.0 trends.
8.Strong leadership and teamwork spirit.
9.Good read and written English, English speaking is preferred. 
10.Good knowledge about labor law and local labor policies.

11. Facilitate conflict resolution and decision-making across stakeholders.
12. Represent the department in executive meetings, providing updates on risks, milestones, and ROI.
13. Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
14. Optimize resource allocation to balance organizational priorities and project demands.
15. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
16. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively and deliverables are met.
17. Other work arrangements and ad hoc initiatives as directed by superior & leadership.
Talent Qualifications：
1.Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, PMP certificate. MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
2.Fluent in English & Chinese for both written & spoken.
3. More than 15+ years working experiences where at least 5 years are in a leadership or managerial role.
4. Had worked in a manufacturing environment, or had worked closely with factories.
5. Proven track record of managing complex programs in the consumer electronics or accessories industry.
6. Experience with product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
7. Experience working with global teams and international vendors.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
9. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
10. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Job Responsibilities
Engineering Management:
Lead the engineering team responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of factory machinery and equipment.
Develop and implement strategies for improving factory processes, reducing downtime, and optimizing production efficiency.
Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of new equipment or factory upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintenance & Equipment Reliability:
Establish and manage a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure high equipment reliability.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend modifications or upgrades to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment and processes meet product specifications and quality standards.
Process Improvement:
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in factory processes.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production and propose solutions to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
Analyze production data and KPIs to track performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development opportunities for engineers and technicians.
Ensure cross-functional communication and teamwork between engineering, production, and quality departments.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the engineering department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Monitor expenses related to maintenance, spare parts, and capital projects, seeking opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications
 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
Experience:
At least 7-10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in managing maintenance, process optimization, and equipment reliability in a factory setting.
Experience in the manufacturing sector in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of factory equipment, automation, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English. Vietnamese is better.
