**Job Title**: Production Specialist

**Location**: China (Frequent Travel to Factories)

**Job Overview**:
Likely Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to ensure smooth and efficient production processes for our luxury packaging products. This role will involve working closely with our vendors, overseeing all stages of production, and maintaining high-quality standards. 

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assisting the Sourcing Manager in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and manufacturers. 
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing  ones. 
3. Conduct proper follow up with suppliers and forwarders. 
4. Participating in supplier negotiations and maintaining strong vendor relationships. 
5. Ensuring product quality and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
6. Support Sourcing Manager in all aspects. 

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in production follow-up, ideally in the luxury packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, from initial design to final output, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience working closely with factories, suppliers, and vendors, with a proven track record of managing quality control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple production programs simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin, to provide clear and consistent updates to the US production team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of product quality.
  
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working in luxury packaging or consumer goods manufacturing.
- Knowledge of international quality standards and regulations related to manufacturing.
