centre in the nanjing new and high technology industry development zone (nhz). this centre will be built on campus style on land area of about 108 chinese mu (7.2 hectares) and have capacity for 2,500 employees. this will be satyam’s largest development facility outside india. global solution centre will play key role in satyam’s strategy on global sourcing through localizing in the countries where it is operational. this centre will have state of the art training facility for its employees. <br><br>there are strong signs of change in the global outsourcing industry prompting companies to expand services to multiple geographies. though outsourcing is not new phenomenon, its global nature has changed significantly over the years. nanjing has well know educational institutes which offer good capacity of technology graduates and this city also boasts of sizable pool of human resources with varied it skills. the nanjing campus will contribute to satyam’s virtually integrated global delivery
