Requirement:
1. It is necessary to have business trip to Hong Kong frequently, at least one time one week;
2. It is necessary to participate in various toy fairs in different regions each year to promote the company's brand and products; be able to provide analysis report of competitors products, toy market status and trends in toy product, as well as consumer preference;
3. It is necessary to visit clients in major countries in the Asia and Pacific region, like Japan, South Korea, Australia, the USA, Canada, etc.;
4. Have rich experience in toy sales and be able to expand the market;
5. Actively maintain the current clients of the company and develop new orders as much as possible;
6. Be able to provide analysis report of different regions;
7. Be able to put forward suggestions on the sales strategy of the company's products;
8. This position the ability to communicate and write fluently in English.

职位描述：

岗位职责：
1、从EP阶段开始跟进后续工作，确保项目顺利推进；
2、分析处理模具成型缺陷，编制改模相关资料；
3、设计并优化工艺流程，安排工夹具和包装的制作；
4、编写工程资料，确保资料准确性和及时发放；
5、对生产线异常进行跟进分析、判断，并提供改善方案；
6、具备成本意识和提高生产效率的观念，在产品开发过程中提出可行性建议；
7、完成上级安排的其他工作任务；

任职要求：
1、熟悉塑胶或合金玩具产品的制作工艺和开发流程；
2、具有3年以上塑胶或合金玩具行业PE工程相关工作经验；
3、熟悉各工序工艺的作业流程，包括注塑、压铸、静电、喷涂、丝印或移印、装配及包装；
4、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备Auto CAD绘图软件操作能力者优先；
5、责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神；
6、高中或中专及以上学历，年龄在20至40岁之间；
